Dustineer Refund Policy At Dustineer, customer satisfaction is our highest priority. We strive to deliver exceptional cleaning services that meet your expectations and leave your space spotless and refreshed. However, we understand that occasionally, circumstances may arise where you are not fully satisfied with the service provided. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds or service adjustments may be granted. When Are Refunds Available? Service Quality Issues: If you believe the cleaning service did not meet the agreed-upon standards, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will promptly assess the issue and arrange for a complimentary re-clean or partial refund if appropriate. Missed or Incomplete Service: If our cleaning team was unable to complete the service due to our oversight or lack of resources, we will either reschedule at no extra cost or offer a refund for the affected portion. Cancellation of Scheduled Service: If you cancel a booked cleaning appointment at least 48 hours in advance, you are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment may incur a cancellation fee or partial refund as determined on a case-by-case basis. Include your booking details and a clear description of the issue. Refund Processing Once your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used at the time of booking. Exceptions Refunds are not provided for dissatisfaction due to factors beyond our control, such as pre-existing property damage, clutter preventing cleaning, or delayed communication. Discounts, promotional offers, and package deals may have separate refund terms as specified at the time of purchase.
