We accept multiple forms of payment, including cash, credit card, or online transfer. Recurring services may be billed automatically unless canceled in writing. 5. Customer Responsibilities Clients are responsible for providing accurate property information, securing pets, and making the area accessible at the scheduled time. Inaccessible or unsafe conditions may result in cancellation and associated charges. 6. Liability Limitations While we take great care in performing our services, Dustineer is not liable for: Pre-existing damage or wear-and-tear Items not disclosed as fragile Incidents caused by pets, children, or third-party interference during cleaning 7. Property Access & Security Clients must ensure safe and legal access to the premises. Our team will lock up and secure the property after service if access arrangements have been made in advance. We are not responsible for loss or damage due to improper access instructions. 8. Service Guarantee If you are not satisfied with your service, please notify us within 24 hours. We will assess the concern and may offer a complimentary re-clean based on the issue and circumstances. 9. Modifications to Terms Dustineer reserves the right to update or change these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of those modifications. 10.
